Cancellation Policy

At the Lone World, all pieces are made to order. Because of this, we ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase. 

Cancellation Window You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order is automatically sent to production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please email us at sales@theloneworld.com with your order number. We’ll confirm your cancellation if it falls within the allowed timeframe.

Refunds for Cancellations
If your cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
